If we can drive our flatbed truck up to the site where you would like your barn to be built, have it pre-built! It’s a simple solution, and it’s easier on your wallet. Not sure if your lawn or garden is accessible enough? Email us a picture at countrybarns@comcast.net or give us a call!


If your site is trickier to get to, don’t worry! As long as our crews can walk to the spot, your structure can be built. Again, call or email us, and someone will be able to walk you through the build-on-site process.

Most likely, yes. You will have to check in with your municipality. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that all necessary permits are acquired.

Check out our site prep guidelines. We recommend Method #1. In our opinion, a limestone base is best, particularly in our area where we see all four seasons and drainage (of rain and snow) is paramount. No one wants their yard to turn into a pool of mud!

Getting Started

You sure do!  We offer a Rent to Own program on most models and sizes. Once you have an idea of what type of barn you would like, let us know, and we can tell you what your options are.

We recommend SmartSide. It mimics the look of real wood, but protects against many of the problems that come with real lumber, such as warping and termite damage. SmartSide comes pre-primed and ready to paint once it has been built. Pre-Built barns and buildings, however, will be dropped off at your site already painted.


Vinyl siding gives your barn a completely different look, and is practically maintenance free. Does your house have vinyl siding? Why not outfit your barn to match!


We also offer pine siding. This option requires a bit more work and needs to be re-stained every two years, but the wood look is well worth it. If you are interested in pine siding, give us a call and we will give you the pricing information!
