We only use a piano hinge, which is far superior to the three strap hinges other builders use, and we can guarantee that our doors will never sag! They are non-rusting, and give your doors a smooth and strong swing.


SmartSide paneling is standard on all of our barns. SmartSide resists moisture, decay, and damage from termites and other bugs. Some other builders use Duratemp, a laminate that is easily destroyed by rain and moisture, but at Country Barns, our builders have taken advantage of new technologies. SmartSide ensures that your shed will be able to endure the weather of all four seasons, a guarantee no barn should be built without.


SmartFloor flooring is design specifically for storage barns and sheds. It is made to protect against the wear and damage associated with storage structures.  Like SmartSide, SmartFloor is engineered in a way that reduces waste and sawdust, giving you a less expensive yet far superior product.

JDM Structures, our AMish builders, warrant your barn from top to bottom. Our Signature Series is covered for 20 years, and the New England series is covered for 5 years.


We use SmartSide paneling and SmartSide flooring from Louisiana Pacific, which come with a 55 year warranty--the first five years warranting both materials AND labor, the next 50 years warranting the materials. That means if anything goes wrong in the first five years, you get a new barn.


The shingles on your barn are covered for 30 years thanks to our warranty from Certanteed.
